What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a builder, not simply a brand custodian.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating businesses, making decisions and turning strategy into market execution.

You will have the opportunity to help determine:

What to launch → How to position it → How to localize it → How to make it compliant → How to price it → Where to distribute it → How to build consumer demand → How to scale the business.

You will serve as a key bridge between the Indian principal/company and the Nepal market, ensuring that the brand strategy, products and commercial model are effectively adapted to local market requirements.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to take significant ownership and responsibility for building a new FMCG business in Nepal, working with an established Indian brand and a growing portfolio across high-potential food categories.

If you are an entrepreneurial FMCG professional who understands the Nepal market, enjoys building brands and is comfortable taking an idea from concept to commercial execution, we would like to hear from you.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, along with a brief summary of their relevant FMCG brand-building, market development, or product launch experience in Nepal.
