Jasmine Paints is looking for a Sales Officer to strengthen our market presence in Pokhara by building strong dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at dealer/retail outlets.
- Collect market feedback and report to management for business improvement and strategy planning.
- Â Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for timely order processing and payment collection.
- Â Maintain records of sales activities, customer visits, and orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate level education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
-  2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware, paint, construction materials, or a related industry.
- Â Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Â Good knowledge of the local market in the Pokhara area.
- Â Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Â Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
