Nabil Stock Dealer Limited, a subsidiary of Nabil Bank Limited and a licensed Stock Dealer, invites applications from qualified, competent and motivated Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Position: IT Support
No. of Vacancy: 1
Location: Kathmandu

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related
    field from a recognized university.
  • Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • Experience in Microsoft 365, networking, and enterprise application support preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, email, and business
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions.
  • Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
  • Assist in maintaining servers, endpoint security solutions, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution.
  • Support business applications, trading systems, CMS, HRMS, and other operational systems.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support records.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, IT audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, databases, cloud services,
    enterprise applications, system integration, and basic software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    concepts to effectively support business and trading systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

Remuneration

Salary and benefits will be as per the company’s rules and commensurate with qualifications and experience. A performance-based incentive may apply.
