ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Staff Nurse: PCL Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing, BN, or equivalent qualification
- HA: Certificate in Health Assistant (HA) or equivalent qualification
- ANM/CMA: ANM or CMA qualification from a recognized institution
- Registered with the relevant professional council (NNC for Staff Nurse)
- Prior clinical/hospital experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork & collaboration skills
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts
- High level of professional ethics and a patient-centered approach
