Position: Logistics Officer
Division: 4W
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound vehicle logistics from OEM/importer to designated locations.
- Track vehicle dispatch, transit, arrival and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation and dispatch to dealers/branches.
- Monitor logistics documentation, transportation costs and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with OEM, transporters, dealers, Sales and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, reports and vehicle movement trackers.
- Identify and resolve delays or issues in vehicle transportation and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle transportation or supply chain will be preferred.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics/ERP systems.
