Posiiton: Area Sales Manager
Location: Kathmandu Valley, Nepal
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG/Dairy sales, with HORECA exposure preferred
- Strong HORECA network within Kathmandu Valley preferred
- Excellent negotiation, CRM, and distributor management skills
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel across the assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the HORECA segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new HORECA accounts
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approach
- Ensure timely product delivery, inventory coordination, and after-sales support
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
