Position: Training Coordinator
Location: Sanobharyang, Kathmandu
We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Training Coordinator to support service operations, manpower reporting, CSP development, and technical training coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with RMs, SEs, dealers, and vendors for CSP establishment, standardization, branding, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain 2W & 3W manpower, CSP, variance, manpower loss, and service initiation reports.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs with relevant teams.
- Coordinate EV training for technicians and ensure effective participation.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Maintain CSP agreements, records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for CSP branding and painting and ensure timely completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good reporting and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Experience in automobile/service operations or training coordination will be an advantage.
