Position: Research Coordinator
KFA Business School is seeking a research-oriented professional to coordinate and strengthen research activities, student research, faculty publications, and academic research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate research projects, thesis/dissertations, and student research activities.
- Guide students on research methodology, data analysis, academic writing, and referencing.
- Support faculty in research, case studies, publications, and conference papers.
- Develop and maintain research guidelines, templates, databases, and research repositories.
- Support & coordinate to organize research workshops, training, seminars, and mentoring sessions.
- Review research outputs for quality, originality, referencing, and academic standards.
- Coordinate research publications, newsletters, conferences, and other scholarly initiatives.
- Maintain records and track research projects, publications, and faculty/student research outputs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above in Management, Business, Economics, Research, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Experience in academic research, thesis supervision, research coordination, or publications.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, or other research/data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, academic writing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students and faculty members.
