Key Responsibilities
- Achieve showroom sales and revenue targets.
- Drive leads, test rides, and sales conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
- Lead and motivate the showroom team.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Maintain showroom inventory and display standards.
- Ensure accurate billing and documentation.
- Execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales with leadership exposure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
Position: Sales Executive – 2W Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Manage showroom operations and customer satisfaction.
- Drive enquiry conversion and recovery follow-ups.
- Monitor stock ageing and showroom health.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate ATL/BTL and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Strong sales and leadership skills.

- Experience in automobile/showroom operations preferred.
