Skill Information Society Nepal (SISo Nepal), established in 2003, is a national-level, non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit-making organization. We are committed to advancing Social and Behavior Change Communication programs with a focus on Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), Adolescent Friendly Health Service, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), and Gender Equality, along with Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Climate Change Adaptation. Our programs aim to enhance competencies among adolescents from diverse communities in Nepal, and to build the capacity of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and government officials at various levels.

Key responsibilities:
- Finalize program packages, coordinate, and organize review meetings, workshops, orientations, and training sessions for government stakeholders and civil society organizations in close coordination with the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), provincial health ministries, and local government bodies.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and beneficiaries to ensure project activities are socio-culturally relevant, inclusive, and sustainable.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools and strategies to track progress and measure outcome and impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and represent the project and organization in public forums.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and event reports, and document lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation within the public health sector. Prior experience in similar project contexts with a strong understanding of participatory methodologies and community engagement. Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in both Nepali and English, including strong Nepali typing skills, is mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong motivation and commitment are also encouraged to apply.
Contract Details: Initial contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and organizational needs.
