Key Responsibilities:
- Handle service complaints from customers across Nepal
- Assign and coordinate technicians for field services
- Solve complaints inside Kathmandu Valley directly
- Prepare reports and follow-up on service requests
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge in home appliances
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Must have a two-wheeler with valid license
- Willingness to travel if required
Location: Dhungedhara, Kathmandu (with nationwide responsibility)
