Position Overview

This position will be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across software, web, and mobile platforms. He/She will be guiding the entire design process—from research and ideation to final execution—by translating complex business requirements and user insights into elegant, functional interfaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to final UI/UX execution for software, web, and mobile applications.
•  Develop user-centered designs based on insights from user research, data analysis, and business requirements.
•  Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
•  Design visually compelling and highly intuitive user interfaces, ensuring consistency across all platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate complex ideas and workflows into easy-to-use and visually appealing interfaces.
•  Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to make informed design decisions and improve the user experience.
•  Ensure responsive and adaptive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop applications, considering accessibility standards and design best practices.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure brand consistency across projects.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster growth within the design team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across software, web, and mobile applications. Previous experience in ERP, Accounting, Task Management software will be highly considered.

Required Skills

• Large-Scale Project Experience: Proven experience working on large codebase and feature-rich products.
•  ERP Systems: Familiarity or previous experience with other ERP systems is a massive plus.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex design problems and simplify user workflows.
•  Ownership: Demonstrated experience in taking ownership and proactively understanding complex systems to deliver effective solutions.
•  Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
•  Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
•  Excellent visual design skills with attention to layout, color, typography, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
•  Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, with an understanding of what is technically feasible.
•  Ability to balance creativity with user-centered design principles to produce interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
•  Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences.
•  Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
•  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
