Position: Structural Engineer

Qualification: Master’s in Structural Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Position: Civil Engineer
No. of Vacancy: 30
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Position: Architect
No. of Vacancy: 10
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Architecture
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Position: Construction Management (MSc. CM)
No. of Vacancy: 2
Qualification: Master’s in Construction Project Management
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys, prepare sketches, maps and photographic records
- Assess structural and architectural conditions of fire-damaged buildings
- Support non-destructive and semi-destructive testing as required
- Recommend rehabilitation, retrofit, strengthening, or demolition solutions
- Msc. CM: prepare tender documents, BoQs, specifications, and project schedules
Duty Station & Duration:
- Location: Kathmandu (with possible field visits outside valley)
- Duration: 90 working days (extendable)
Remuneration:
- As per KMC policy (daily rate based on qualification and experience)
- Travel and allowances provided as per rules
