Job Description

• Create New Distributors in Assigned Area
• Planning and achievement of Area wise coverage, volume in the assigned area.
• Primary & Secondary Sales responsible
• To work out business plan team member wise or distributors wise
• Planning and execution of the new product launches in the assigned area.
• Works with all top stores & leads the joint business planning with them.
• Planning and achievement of initiatives / priorities
• Analysis and planning of business and competition activities
• Leads business team reviews in the meeting in all stock point.
• Ensure proper payment collection for assigned area.
• Reporting to AGM/Operation head in initial period.

Job Specification

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Strong sales, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in sales strategies and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler and license required.
