A Reputed Financial Institution invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting the effective execution of the institution’s strategic priorities.

Position : Senior Manager / Chief Manager / Assistant General Manager
Required No. : 1
Required Location : Head Office, Kathmandu
Age : Minimum 25 years and not exceeding 50 years
Qualification : Master’s Degree from recognized university in the field of Management/Economics or equivalent qualification in related discipline.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in recognized Banks or Financial Institutions in Nepal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee banking operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Drive process improvement, digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
- Strengthen customer service, financial inclusion, and accessibility of banking services.
- Monitor organizational performance against key priorities and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams and strengthen the institution’s leadership pipeline.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective execution of the institution’s strategic plans.
- Advise Senior Executives on operational performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
