Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Naxal, Kathmandu

  • ???????????????? & ???????????????? ????????????????????????: Assist in the preparation and processing of Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance (TADA) and fuel reimbursement claims in an accurate and timely manner.
  • ???????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and official dispatches, ensuring timely delivery, proper tracking, and accurate record-keeping of all shipments and correspondences.
  • ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????????????????: Support the Admin Manager in coordinating the renewal of Bluebooks and managing insurance claims for company vehicles and other assets.
  • ???????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Oversee the procurement and regular stock monitoring of office utilities, including electricity, printing supplies, stationery, and other essentials.
  •  ???????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????: Maintain and regularly update records of all office assets and inventory to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • ???????????????????????????????????????????? & ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????:Liaise with government agencies, banks, and other external institutions to carry out required administrative tasks and official processes.
  • ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? & ????????????????????????: Ensure proper documentation, systematic filing, and safe storage of all administrative records and official documents.
  • ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure efficient and smooth office operations across departments.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
  •  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •  Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
  •  Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
