Position: Officer

Department: Human Resource
Location: Head Office, Maitidevi, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and training activities
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks
- Assist in performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 35 years as of the application deadline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related HR role
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
