Position: Assistant Manager-Process Audit (Manufacturing)
Location: Hetauda
Job Requirement:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Preference will be experience in Process/Internal Audit in manufacturing environment (Paints/Chemicals/FMCG preferred
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement, strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, audit practices, and quality systems
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, SPC tools will be an added advantage
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Plan and execute process audits process Production, QC, Warehouse, and Packing to ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP standards, and data integrity requirements
- Manage deviations, non-conformities, and CAPA, including root cause analysis and timely closure of quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC by analyzing quality trends and audit findings
- Maintain quality documentation and reporting quality trends and audit finding
- Maintain quality documentation and reporting, including audit records, logs, CAPA trackers, MIS reports , and dashboards
- Lead and collaborate with QC/audit teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance quality systems, ensure batch consistency, and reduce rework
