Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resource

Position Overview
This position will be responsible for helping in compensation and benefits role. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll support, updates employee records, and handles critical tasks like CIT, SSF, ETDS filings, and final settlements. The individual will maintain HRIS and biometric attendance systems, manage employee documentation, and provide support in explaining tax and benefit-related matters to employees. The role demands strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of HR compliance, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all personnel matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
01. Responsible to oversee and execute all HR operations from Entry to Exit of personnel.
02. Manage and monitor employee attendance through the biometric system and HRIS, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in daily, weekly, and monthly records.
03. Generate detailed calculation sheets of personnel expenses to facilitate the disbursement process in a timely and accurate manner.
04. Ensure accurate and timely filing of CIT, SSF, and ETDS.
05. Maintain and update the filing of monthly compensation records ensuring all data is organized and readily accessible
06. Update the monthly employee master file to reflect personnel movements, including new hires, transfers, resignations and other changes, ensuring records are current and accurate.
07. Collect and verify Exit Clearance Forms pertaining to final settlement
08. Process and finalize the F&F settlement of resigned employee as per the standard process.
09. Issue release letter of resigned employees on completion of F&F settlement.
10. Prepare and issue employment-related letters such as Salary Certificates, Employment Proof, Payslips, Remittance Letters, Transfer Letters, and Review Letters.
11. Assist in preparing HR Reports and related tasks as and when required.
12. Explain tax and benefit calculations to the employees when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters in HR or General Management.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in HR.
Required Skills
1. Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll support, employee records, and compliance.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
3. Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
