- Passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution and registered with the Nepal Nursing Council.
- Syllabus: As specified by the Lumbini Province Public Service Commission.
- Must have completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 45 years by the last date of application.

- Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
