Key Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret between Chinese (Mandarin) and English/Nepali
- Assist Chinese guests with communication and customer service
- Support casino departments during guest interactions
- Provide accurate verbal and written translations when required
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Nepali is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
