Position: Assistant – Customer Experience(CX)
Location: Bigmart Head Office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu
No. of Vacancy: 1
Timing: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Job Level: Entry
You Will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Follow up on customer concerns until resolution
- Represent the company’s values and brand in every customer interaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system
- Prepare customer service reports and insights
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvement
Job Specification:
- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s running preferred
- Experience: 1 year experience in call centers, call handling, or customer service roles will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Nepali
- Strong customer service orientation with effective listening & problem-solving skills
- Polite, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with social media communication platforms (e.g., Meta and Linkedin)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
