Position: Junior Officer-Digital Operations
Reporting to: Digital Marketing Officer
Location: Bigmart Head Ofifce, Baluwatar, Kathmandu
No. of Vacancy: 1

You Will:

Lead and execute daily content creation, especially short-form videos (reels, stories, etc.)
Intermediate to advanced video editing for social media platforms
Add and manage sound effects, music, and transitions effectively
Stay updated with trending edits, formats, and social media trends
Manage video shots; camera operations independently
Assist the team in executing digital campaigns and content calendars
Organize and manage video data including raw footage and final edited files

Job Specification:

Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s completed with relevant skills and experiences, Bachelor’s running with relevant skills and experience are also encouraged to apply
Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience in video editing, content creation, and social media content production

Skills & Competences:

Sound camera skills/DaVinci required/solid content strategy/work independently
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve preferred; Premiere Pro also accepted
Good understanding of sound effects, music syncing, and timing in edits
Strong awareness of social media trends, viral content formats, and reels/TikTok-style editing
Basic understanding of content planning and digital comparing execution
Creative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory Requirement: Valid driving license with personal vehicle
Timing: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to shoot locations within Kathmandu Valley and occasionally outside the valley for work purposes
