Position: Brand Marketing (Managerial Level)

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in marketing or business administration or relevant degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing with 2 years in Leadership role.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with media agencies and platforms to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
• Proven experience in successfully developing and executing brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Age not exceeding 45 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and social media).
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams.
• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and sales execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports for Senior Management/Board.
