MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

For Senior Assistant Level:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50 in the field of Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Data Science with at least 2 years of relevant work experience

For Assistant Level:

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50 in the field of Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Data Science with at least 1.5 years of relevant work experience

AGE LIMIT

• For Senior Assistant Level:

Male: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 35 years as on application deadline

Female: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline

For Assistant Level:

Male: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline

Female: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 37 years as on application deadline

JOB PROFILE:

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Optimize and execute SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data for use in reports and analysis.
• Assist in building and maintaining data models (tabular and multidimensional) using DAX and
• Power Query, performing necessary data transformations and custom calculations.
• Work with cross functional teams to gather and understand business intelligence needs, converting them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
• Support the ETL process, assisting in data extraction, transformation, and loading using SSIS, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting purposes.
• Identify areas for optimization in BI systems and reports, ensuring performance is streamlined and data is delivered efficiently.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, custom calculations, and data models to ensure consistency and clarity across the team.
• Assist in the optimization of Power BI reports to enhance performance, improve load times, and reduce errors in visualizations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, maintaining attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing business intelligence systems, identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting technical improvements.
• Collaborate with BI Users to refine report designs, address issues, and suggest enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Support team members in managing data flow and system processes within the data warehouse, ensuring efficient data integration.

REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:

• Strong understanding of Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Analytics.
• Experience transforming raw data into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
• Expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft BI tools such as Power Pivot, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, including creating data-rich dashboards and reports.
• Skilled in writing custom DAX expressions for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong ability to visualize data using interactive charts, dashboards, and reports, making complex data more accessible.
• Proficient in SQL querying, database management, and performance optimization (e.g., creating views, stored procedures, and managing OLAP).
• Skilled with programming languages like R and Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Solid knowledge of AI and Machine Learning techniques and their applications in predictive analytics and BI.
• Expertise in optimizing BI reports and databases for performance improvements, identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and derive actionable solutions.
• Solid experience in testing, debugging, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of BI reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable with a positive attitude, proactive in learning new technologies and tools as the BI landscape evolves.
