JOB OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in preparing conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentation materials
- Draft architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Participate in site visits, site measurements, and documentation of existing conditions
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration
- Assist in preparing 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations
- Support in compiling municipal drawing sets and submission documentation
- Conduct material and product research to support design decisions
- Attend project meetings and assist with recording minutes and action items
- Ensure design compliance with local codes and regulations (NBC, bylaws, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 0–2 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; Revit and Lumion/Enscape is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel for site inspections when required
- Familiarity with Nepali building codes and approval processes preferred
