Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through both traditional channels and digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and high-value clients.
  • Plan and implement targeted online campaigns to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) and use insights to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and marketing efforts.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities.
  • Represent Casino Pride Nepal at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a combined role—preferably in the casino, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics dashboards).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Nepal’s tourism and gaming landscape is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with VIP client engagement or loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CRM systems, or influence partnerships.
  • Proficiency in English, Nepali, and Hindi is an added advantage.
