Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through both traditional channels and digital platforms.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, and high-value clients.
- Plan and implement targeted online campaigns to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and marketing efforts.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify market opportunities.
- Represent Casino Pride Nepal at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or a combined role—preferably in the casino, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics dashboards).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Nepal’s tourism and gaming landscape is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with VIP client engagement or loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CRM systems, or influence partnerships.
- Proficiency in English, Nepali, and Hindi is an added advantage.
