Position: Sales CRM (2W)

Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Â Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in CRM operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track leads from multiple sources (walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, etc.) and assign them to sales executives.
- Â Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Â Act as a communication bridge between customers and the sales team for follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and feedback.
- Â Handle post-sale customer engagement including feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and loyalty programs.
