Position: Showroom In-charge
Location: Thapathali
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in PCD high end segment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling in the automotive
sector. - Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications | Skills
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve showroom targets.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals in coordination with senior management.
- Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve performance benchmarks.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey — from enquiry to delivery.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with inventory and logistics teams.
- Supervise daily showroom operations including test drives, vehicle delivery and follow-ups.
- Track sales conversions and customer leads through CRM tools.
- Utilize CRM and sales data for performance tracking and decision-making.
