JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Blow Mold Operator
Location: Hetauda, lothar
Qualifications | Skills
- SEE/SLC or equivalent qualification; technical/vocational certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in blow molding, PET bottle manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of blow molding machines, PET bottle production processes, and workplace safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines for PET bottle production.
- Perform quality checks to ensure bottles meet required standards.
- Conduct mold changes, machine setup, and basic machine adjustments.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or technical issues.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime to achieve production targets.
- Maintain production, quality, and machine operation records.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
- Use PPE and comply with all workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
