Position: Filler Operator
Location: Hetauda, lothar
Qualifications | Skills
- SEE/SLC or equivalent qualification; technical/vocational certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of filler machine operation and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor filler machines to ensure smooth production.
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.
- Conduct basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and report defects or breakdowns.
- Minimize product loss, wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain production, quality, and machine records accurately.
- Follow GMP, SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, and workplace cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
