Contract Document for Procurement of Plant for Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of 132 kV/11 kV Substation at Balaju, under Contract No. RE-GOD/2080/081-05.
Position: Project Engineer (Civil)

Job Responsibilities :-
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction works for the 132 kV/11 kV Balaju Substation Upgradation Project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Manage site activities including foundations, equipment structures, control buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing, and other substation civil works.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and electrical teams to ensure timely execution, integration, and commissioning of the substation project.
- Monitor construction quality, work progress, safety, material requirements, measurements, and contractor performance, and prepare necessary site reports and documentation.
- Review civil designs and drawings, identify technical issues, support testing and commissioning activities, and ensure completion of works within the approved schedule and contract requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, or at least 5 years of experience working on 132 kV substation project.
Position: Project Engineer (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities :-
- Supervise and coordinate electrical works for the 132 kV/11 kV Balaju Substation Upgradation Project in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Manage installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of 132 kV and 11 kV electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, protection, control, and metering systems.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, contractors, and civil teams to ensure timely and smooth execution of substation construction and electrical installation works.
- Monitor work progress, quality, safety, testing procedures, material requirements, and contractor performance, and maintain accurate technical records and reports.
- Review electrical designs, drawings, and technical documents; resolve site technical issues and support successful testing, commissioning, and handover of the substation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, or at least 5 years of experience working on 132 kV substation project.
Position: Substation Design Engineer (Civil/Structural)

Job Responsibilities :-
- Prepare, review, and coordinate civil and structural designs for the 132 kV/11 kV Balaju Substation in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Design and review foundations, equipment structures, control buildings, cable trenches, gantries, steel structures, roads, drainage, and other substation infrastructure.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, technical specifications, and construction documents for civil and structural works.
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper interface and constructability of civil/structural works.
- Provide technical support during construction, resolve design and site-related issues, review as-built drawings, and ensure compliance with approved designs, quality, and project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil /structural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, or at least 5 years of experience working on design in on 132 Kv substation structure and foundations.
