SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of sales team.
  • Provide training for the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly performance evaluations for team members.
  • Plan for customer outreach both for new sales and farming.
  • Do an opportunity mapping for customer and plan sales activities accordingly.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies and initiatives in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business /Administration (BBA/MBS) with 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
