MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT:

For Assistant Level

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50 in the field of Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with at least 1.5 years of relevant work experience

For Assistant Level

Male: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline

Female: Minimum 20 Years of age not exceeding 37 years as on application deadline

1. Job Description

  • Support and manage day-to-day digital payment operations to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant service delivery.
  • Monitor digital payment transactions, settlement status, and service availability across assigned systems and channels.
  • Prepare daily operational and MIS reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with concerned departments and branches for timely resolution.
  • Support reconciliation activities related to digital payment transactions and settlements and ensure accuracy of reports and data.
  • Perform operational support tasks including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, exception handling, and follow-up of pending or failed transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records related to operational issues, reconciliations, and resolutions in line with internal control requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced digital payment products, including coordination for testing, defect reporting, and closure tracking.
  • Assist in production rollout readiness and post-implementation support of digital payment products as approved by Management.
  • Identify recurring operational issues, process automation, and support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
  • Coordinate with Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Digital Enabler (DE), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), vendors, and other stakeholders for issue resolution, system support, and operational continuity.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives, including coordination with ICT/DE or vendors for workflow, RPA, or system enhancements, as applicable to the role.
  • Ensure all operational activities are carried out in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

2. Required Skills and Expertise

  • Understanding of digital payment operations, transaction lifecycle, and settlement processes.
  • Knowledge of operational reporting, reconciliation, and exception handling processes.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Working knowledge of data extraction, validation, and basic MIS reporting.
  • Basic understanding of digital transaction flows and API-based systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
  • Exposure to automation tools, RPA, or scripting (Python preferred) is an added advantage.
  • Basic awareness of servers and network concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle time-bound operational tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
