Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Junior Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will assist with daily bookkeeping, invoice processing, financial recording, and supporting overall financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily record-keeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and routine invoice processing.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and documentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth office administration and financial record accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and accounting software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management skills.
- Ability to work comfortably during the 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM schedule.
