Position: Account Executive
Location: Durbarmarg, Kathmandu
Job Summary:
- Strong knowledge of retail accounting
- Experience with accounting software (Talley/SAP/ERP preferred)
- Good Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Description:
- Record and reconcile daily Sales (cash card, QR, Credit) with POS
- Monitor returns, discounts, schemes, and customer receivables
- Maintain inventory, records, including conciliation
- Prepare monthly P&L, sales, inventory and aging reports
- Work with POS, accounting software, and excel
- Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, and auditors
- Maintain proper documentation and vouchers
Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
(retail/electronics/FMCG/trading preferred)
