Position: Assistant Manager-Samsung Smart Plaza
Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor overall sales, inventory, operations of multiple showrooms
  • Conduct periodic showroom visits to ensure proper product display, cleanliness and operations standards
  • Handle daily operational matters including customer dealing and showroom maintenances issues
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members for smooth business operations
  • Identify potential B2B clients and develop corporate business opportunities
  • Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports
  • Conduct market surveys and provide relevant business insights
  • Work closely with the marketing team an campaigns, marketing activities, and social media projects
  • Support outlet extension planning and manage expansion-related projects
  • Coordinate with service centers to resolve customer service-related concerns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail operations, business development, or showroom management
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good reporting, analytical, and operational management abilities
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
