JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Assistant Manager-Samsung Smart Plaza
Location: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall sales, inventory, operations of multiple showrooms
- Conduct periodic showroom visits to ensure proper product display, cleanliness and operations standards
- Handle daily operational matters including customer dealing and showroom maintenances issues
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members for smooth business operations
- Identify potential B2B clients and develop corporate business opportunities
- Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports
- Conduct market surveys and provide relevant business insights
- Work closely with the marketing team an campaigns, marketing activities, and social media projects
- Support outlet extension planning and manage expansion-related projects
- Coordinate with service centers to resolve customer service-related concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail operations, business development, or showroom management
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities
- Good reporting, analytical, and operational management abilities
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
