Showroom Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail/showroom management
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Salary: As per company policy
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Manage sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in showroom management or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a team and drive sales growth
- Proficiency in MS Office
