SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & P&L Ownership
- Own the division’s P&L — revenue, gross margin, operating costs, and net profit.
- Set and achieve annual business targets (sales volume, revenue, EBITDA).
- Approve pricing, discounts, and investment decisions within the division.
Business Growth & Sales
- Drive adoption of SME+ Internet plans for small businesses (up to 20 employees).
- Lead enterprise sales for:
o Dedicated Internet
o Data Connectivity
o Semi Enterprise Plan
o International Private Lease Circuit (IPLC)
o Dark Fiber Connectivity
- Build and manage a high-performing B2B sales and account management team.
Customer & Service Delivery
- Ensure fast, reliable, and secure service for SME and enterprise clients.
- Oversee post-sales support, retention, and contract renewals.
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
- Identify new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Work with product and engineering teams to refine offerings based on market demand.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B telecom, ISP, or enterprise connectivity, with at least 3 years in a P&L-holding role.
- Proven track record of growing SME and enterprise customer segments.
- Strong understanding of Nepal’s broadband, leased line, and fiber infrastructure market.
- Experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
