- Manage HR records (personal files, agreements, statutory reports).
- Handle recruitment, Track attendance, shift schedules, and overtime.
- Knowledge of labor laws (wages, safety, working hours) and factory policies.
- Resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions.

- Bachelors in HR Management/Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing/factory settings.
