Position: Research and Development Executive
Location: Siyari-1, Rupandehi
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Product Improvement & Cost Optimization
- Ensure all products comply with local food laws
- Design and execute stability studies, microbiological tests, and sensory evaluations
- Suggest process improvements for better yield, throughput, or safety
- Liaise with procurement for raw material sourcing and supplier qualification
- Maintain R&D documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred) in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering
- Maximum 2-3 years experience in R&D in FMCG industries
