Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Kathmandu (Ranibari)
Salary: Up to NPR 100,000 (negotiable)
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Oversee day-to-day finance & accounting operations
- ย Ensure tax compliance (VAT, TDS, Income Tax)
- ย Manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting
- Strengthen internal controls and SOPs
- ย Support costing, inventory, and profitability analysis
- Lead and mentor the finance team
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:
- Semi-Qualified CA with 2โ3 yrs experience (manufacturing preferred) OR Qualified CA โ Fresher with strong academics
- ย Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory framework
- ย Proficiency in accounting software & MS Office
- ย Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
