Position: HR Manager
Location: Kathmandu (with occasional plant visits to Rupandehi)
About the Role:
Hilife Foods is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy, oversee day-to-day HR operations, and support organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry
- Strong knowledge of Nepal labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems/tools and MS Office
