Position: Home and Community Based Care Assistant
No. of Vacancy: Few
Qualification:
- CMA or ANM or Lab Assistant from recognized institution with at least two years of experience.
- Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in Home Based Service.
Required competencies:
- Ability to perform general health care procedures.
- Experience in data collection, coordination and familiar to the data collection application.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English (Verbal and written).
- Licensed to ride a bike (Preferable).
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Community and Home-Based Service.
- Provide primary health care services, including home visits, basic medical procedure, collect blood sample, patient education and counseling.
- Provide medical reports and supply basic medicines as per the patients’ needs.
- Maintain Patient records and report the concerned department.
- Coordinate with the local leaders and care givers for health service.
