Managerial Level – Hydro Project/Project Finance Analysts

Everest Bank Ltd, a leading commercial bank having wide network of branches all over Nepal is seeking applications from qualified, energetic and self-motivated Nepalese citizens meeting following eligibility criteria for the below mentioned positions.

Position: Managerial level – Hydro Project/Project Finance Analysts

Qualification: Master’s degree in Management/Business/Economics (M.Com/MBA/MBS/MA Economics) with minimum first division marks or 3.30 CGPA out of 4, or qualified Chartered Accountants or equivalent degree from the recognized university

Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking/professional work experience in BFIs having exposure in Hydro project/Project Financing area with at least working experience of 3 years at Managerial level.

Age : Minimum 30 years as on last date of application

Key Job Knowledge/Responsibilities:

• Understand the complete project development and financing lifecycle.
•  Understand project finance and infrastructure financing fundamentals.
•  Assess project bankability and financial viability.
• Understand to identify, evaluate, allocate, & mitigate infrastructure/project risks.
• Understand financing requirements from the perspective of both developers and lenders.
• Understand to evaluate financing structures for hydropower, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects.
•  Strengthen project structuring and financial decision-making.
•  Understand infrastructure credit appraisal and lending decisions.
• Understand key factors required to achieve successful financial closure.
• Knowledge for project monitoring, implementation oversight, risk management and legal knowledge about various contract agreement.
•  Communication Skill for more effectively between project sponsors, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge about international experience and practical lessons within Nepal’s hydropower, energy and infrastructure sectors.
