Everest Bank Ltd, a leading commercial bank having wide network of branches all over Nepal is seeking applications from qualified, energetic and self-motivated Nepalese citizens meeting following eligibility criteria for the below mentioned positions.

Position: Managerial level – Digital Banking and Cards Department

Qualification: Master’s degree in Management/Business/Economics (M.Com/MBA/MBS/MA Economics)/Computer application with minimum first division marks or 3.30 CGPA out of 4, or qualified Chartered Accountants or equivalent degree from the recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking/professional work experience in BFIs or Fintech companies having exposure in Digital Banking and Cards/Fintech area with at least working experience of 3 years at Managerial level.

Age: Minimum 30 years as on last date of application.

• Digital Banking & Digital Product Development.
• Mobile/Internet Banking and Digital Channels.
• Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card Business and Product Development.
• Digital Payment & Fintech Integration.
•  Digital Product Strategy, Innovation and Customer Experience.
• Card Operations, Acquiring and Merchant Business.
• Digital Risk, Fraud Monitoring and Cybersecurity, wherever required .
•  Relevant Officer/managerial-level experience.
•  Proven track record in digital banking/card product development.
•  Strong understanding of digital payments and emerging technologies .
•  Experience in product innovation and business growth.
•  Emerging Tech Adoption – Exploring use cases for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation to personalize digital experiences for employees and customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Sound knowledge of applicable regulatory regulations and risk/compliance requirements.
