Position: Workshop Incharge
Location: Kathmandu
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical
- Experience in automobile service operations and team management
- Strong understanding of workshop management and customer service
- Analytical mindset with CRM and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate service teams to achieve goals
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective CRM usage
- Develop and maintain dealer workshops as per standard guidelines
- Plan monthly service activities to support business targets
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic workshop environments
- Provide training and development for dealer and internal teams
- Implement and monitor standard service processes and systems
- Improve service profitability and maintain service databases
- Develop and execute annual service plans
