Position: Regional Coordinator – Service
No. of Vacancy: 1
Location: Kathmandu
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in heavy/commercial vehicle workshop operations
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles (engine, chassis, electrical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-today operations ensuring productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage technicians, allocate job cards, and monitor workflow
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles
- Maintain work discipline, safety standards, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, and Customer Service teams
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and ensure target achievements
