EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical.
- Experience in automobile service operations and team management.
- Strong understanding of workshop management and customer service.
- Analytical mindset with CRM and reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate service teams to achieve goals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective CRM usage.
- Develop and maintain dealer workshops as per standard guidelines.
- Plan monthly service activities to support business targets.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic workshop environments.
- Provide training and development for dealer and internal teams.
- Implement and monitor standard service processes and systems.
- Improve service profitability and manage workshop assets.
- Prepare monthly service reports and maintain service databases.
- Develop and execute annual service plans.
