- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Reconciliations:
- Performing bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and other reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
????????????????????????????????????????:
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards , tax regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
????????????????????????:
- Assisting with internal and external audits, preparing audit documentation, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
????????????????????:
- Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with tax audits.
????????????????????????????????:
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing insights for decision-making.
Budgeting:
- Assisting with budget preparation, tracking budget performance, and providing variance analysis.
????????????????????????????????????????????:
- May supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
- 3-4 years of proven experience working in similar role.
- Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
- The ability to multitask.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Sound customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
